Had same issue, no damage, only recent update. Looks suspicious that update triggered issue and can't access and use phone at all now. I'm done with Samsung, can't trust them!

Another way big corporations trying to make you buy new devices (for the cycle to repeat on the new ones too). Nearly my whole family have had this issues. All Samsungs phone and all not even being in a wet/moisture environment. Disgrace and something Samsung should fix. The other bad thing, on Samsung trade-ins they devalue the product because it claims to have water damage. Terrible customer care by them.

Absolute garbage design. What are they doing.

I bought one of these in summer 2024 at over 60% off its original MSRP so I’m pretty hyped about that. I know it’s not an A95L but I couldn’t justify that price difference.

Just when I'm looking for my next tablet/laptop purchase for my creative too! I love the 16 inch AMOLED screen; I think that's very useful for artwork and since it's touch screen, that would be amazing to work with (it's definitely a contender for my other choice, the Galaxy Book Pro 360). The colour is unique (compared to anything else in the market), and I love that you have the Micro SD slot there in case you work across different materials/tech too. I got a bit confused there about the "Live Captions"; I think the best way to describe its offline usage is when you have video files (or audio files too?) that you need translating, you don't need the Internet to do that. At @4:21, I believe I saw a typo in the captions (it should "our devices", not "are"). The CoPilot+ is so useful and I imagine it'd be so cool to see how much it'll help with an artist's work too! ☺️ Awesome work, guys! As always! Edit: This'll make it harder for me to pick which out Samsung laptop to buy - I do hope they update the Pro 360 with a Device AI because it would just cinched the deal for me hehe PS: You look so amazing at work, baby (my baby's on the left 😳)! The first three steps worked

THIS FEATURE (FLAW) IS MAKING ME CONSIDER SWITCHING BRANDS here's what worked with my A23 (phone was drained to 0%): 1) connect charger 2) as soon as the zap symbol appears press and hold block and volume down buttons simultaneously until it turns on (has to be BEFORE the water symbol appears) 3) when you see "Samsung powered by Knox" or whatever on the screen DISCONNECT the charger 4) the "powered by knox" line will disappear leaving only "Samsung" (the screen will dim a little), that's when you CONNECT AGAIN THE CHARGER (gotta do it quickly) 5) boom, your phone is now on and charging

This has nothing to do with above, but you are so clever maybe you can help this 75 yr old - My Lady has an Earlier model Samsung Mobile phone, she sends emails overseas every day to me in Australia, we have verbal contacts everyday, through my Provider OPTUS - BUT NOW she cannot have a verbal talk anymore. Is it possible she has touched the incorrect button or does she need a new SIM Card? Her Provider is TRUE in Bangkok. Appreciate your kindness Please! John Mc
